"l am Vicente Torres. My family and I have lived in McKinney since 2016 with our two rescued dogs. I received my degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. I am passionate about maintaining a community standard that unites neighbors and holds on to McKinney's mantra of "unique by nature."
